Why was my account suspended?

We know it can be frustrating to lose access to your account. If your profile was suspended, it usually means one of the following:

1. Your account was reported by other members

To help keep our community safe, we may automatically suspend accounts that receive multiple reports. These reports are often related to behavior that made others feel uncomfortable or went against our values.

2. Your behavior may have violated our Community Principles

We take action when concerns are reported by members or are visible in your profile. This can include:

• Disrespectful or inappropriate messages
• Fake or misleading profile details
• Offensive or harmful content
• Using the app for something other than dating to marry

Can I get my account back?

If you think your account was suspended by mistake, you can contact us at support@masihimatch.com. We may review certain cases, but we are not required to reinstate accounts.
